Lights Out!!!
Lights being switched off . . .
Councils trying to find ways of saving money are beginning to turn off street lighting but does it save them money in the long run? Rises in crime associated with a lack of lighting could lead to the bill just being transferred to already financially pushed Police Services around the Country.
What do you think? Should Councils be turning your local street lights out? How safe do you feel?
